My submission for :iconcici88: Cici88 DRAW MY OCs contest for the Chibi category

This is Cici88's OC Velleda. Her character design is super pretty kaomoji set 2 18/67 I enjoyed drawing and painting her. Plus it gave me a reason to have a go at water again, although it came out looking a little like goo, it was the best I could muster for the time being.
